Fabulous old buckle from Japan in gin bari enamel featuring cranes flying over white capped waves on the water and the lucious green shore in the background. A dotted cloisonné border follows the buckle outline. Reverse is counter-enameled in shimmering aqua gin bari enamel. There is some age checking to the enamel on both the front and back sides.
